Proximatic.xyz is a vanilla-like Minecraft server running 1.21.4.
Our primary purpose is to exist as a persistent place for people to populate a procedurally generated world. That is, a communal place for people to build.
Part of the magic of Minecraft is found not on day one, but later on day two – when you come back after some time away and the world has changed. Start your day one today!
This installation began operation on the 28th of March 2025.
- There is no land claim or plot system.
- (Players have the privilege of building anywhere).
- Chests are protected with LWC.
- Difficulty is set to Normal.
- View distance is up to 24.
- Simulation distance is 20.
- Pause when empty has been disabled.
- The server has some built-in logistics and jetpack mods.
What is the point?
Officially – Minecraft is a cave exploration game. You are supposed to delve down into the depths and mine diamonds. There is a day and night cycle, so you gotta put some torches down or else them zombies and skeletors are gonna steal your kidneys. Or you could just hang around spawn like a pussy.
What should I do?
Contribute in a constructive way. Build something for other players to enjoy or use. Minecraft is not just what you can see, but also what you cannot see and must explore to find. Hidden tunnels, secret rooms, underwater bases.
